Project: Heavy Cylinder Lifting Frame

The function of this frame, in conjunction with custom-designed clamps, is to facilitate the handling of heavy machinery cylinders, each weighing more than 3 tonnes. The design of this frame was a collaborative effort between our team at ABA Structures and Diverse Engineering.
Engineering Calculations and Certification: Our team at ABA Structures conducted the necessary engineering calculations, prepared a comprehensive calculation report, and provided the required certification for this frame. We ensured that the design met all the necessary safety and structural requirements, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Successful Testing: In August 2016, the frame underwent rigorous testing, which it successfully passed. This testing process validated the strength and reliability of the frame, confirming its suitability for handling heavy machinery cylinders.
